Registration Info

Our monthly LCFIT classes require a commitment for the full month and are displayed on the calendar above. All sessions begin during the first full week of each month, so please select the class days and times that best fit your schedule.

Please note:

  • Sick days, missed classes, and vacations are non-refundable.

  • Makeup classes are allowed and must be completed within the same month in another available class.

  • All makeup classes must be scheduled directly with Logyn.

Enrollment & Waitlist

  • Current clients have the opportunity to retain their spot for the following month.

  • Waitlist openings are offered only when a spot becomes available.

Drop In Classes

Any yoga or Saturday class is pop up style, dates will vary and you can sign up when it works for you.

The Experience

Strong

LCFIT Strong classes are a unique program that incorporates a combination of strength training and cardio stations in the back gym. The format of class can vary while using a mixture of weights, machines, kettlebells, bands, bosu balls, trx bands, sleds, medicine balls, rowers, pull-up bars, battle ropes, HITT and cardio spurts.

Yoga & Pilates Fusion

This studio class merges the smooth, flowing motions of traditional Yoga with the core stability and muscle control of Pilates. This fusion results in a well-rounded workout that enhances flexibility, balance, and strength.

Sculpt

Sculpt is a full-body, 1-hour workout designed to challenge and strengthen you from head to toe. On the mats, we’ll use bangles, light dumbbells, booty bands, and rings to target every muscle group.

Powered by an energizing playlist, class begins with a stretch and warm-up before we dive into sculpting movements that will push past the burn and help you discover your true potential. Expect to sweat, feel strong, and leave with that post-workout glow.
