Registration Info

The calendar above showcases our LCFIT Strong classes. When registering for these classes, you are committing to that entire month. Our classes always start on the first full week of the month. It's important to select the class time and days that align best with your schedule. Sick days, missed classes, and vacations are not refundable; however, they can be made up in one of the other available classes. Makeup classes must be scheduled directly with Logyn within the same month.

Clients currently enrolled have the option to retain their spot for the following month. Openings for those on the waitlist occur only when someone has to drop out.

Drop In Classes

Any yoga or Saturday class is pop up style, dates will vary and you can sign up when it works for you.

The Experience

Strong

LCFIT Strong classes are a unique program that incorporates a combination of strength training and cardio stations. The format of class can vary while using a mixture of weights, machines, kettlebells, bands, bosu balls, trx bands, sleds, medicine balls, rowers, pull-up bars, battle ropes, HITT and cardio spurts.

Spinergy

LCFIT Spinergy classes are a low-impact, high-intensity class on a station bike. This class is for all levels looking for a good sweat to high energy music!

Yoga

Stretch & Flex

For all levels and body types! This class is amazing for anyone looking to improve flexibility. Starting with a warm up for your joints and muscles. We will then move to our hamstrings, hips, shoulders and back. Using active stretching to focus on releasing tension throughout the body.

Yoga Flow

This is a dynamic and fluid yoga style that highlights the link between breath and movement. This practice aids in enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as promoting heart health and alleviating stress and anxiety.

Yoga & Pilates Fusion

This class merges the smooth, flowing motions of traditional Yoga with the core stability and muscle control of Pilates. This fusion results in a well-rounded workout that enhances flexibility, balance, and strength.
