Your Weekly Training Schedule

Enjoy five workouts scheduled every week,Monday through Friday.

  • Monday: Full Body

  • Tuesday–Friday: Alternating Upper Body & Lower Body workouts

Our programming is built to rotate muscle groups, keeping your training balanced and effective. Whether you exercise two days or all five, you’ll move through a smart, well-rounded routine that supports strength, endurance, and progress.

Recommended equipment: A set of Dumbbells and LCFIT booty bands

Booty Bands

These LCFIT booty bands are made from a thick, non-slip material. This allows for higher resistances to activate glutes, hips, quads, and hamstrings. Sold as a set of 3 with high, medium, and low resistance levels.
